Membership fees
- $400 per 12 months
- Or 2 x payments of $250 6 monthly
- Payable before you attend your third meeting
- No refunds are given should the member decide to leave part way through a year
Membership inclusions
- Membership for 12 months, starting from the date of received payment
- Venue hire
Attendance
- Attendance at each meeting will be recorded for all members
- Each member will be marked with one of 4 categories: Present, Substitute, Late, Medical, Absent (without substitute)
- Members are allowed 2 absences (without sub) within 6 months. The third absence will incur a fine of $50 – payable to the Donation Robot. Any absences thereafter will see the category opened up for a new member to join
- Members must arrive on time and stay for the entire published meeting time.
Visitors
- Receive up to two free visits
- At the second visit an application form can be completed
Applications for new members
- An email will be sent to the group seeking approval / objection
- If one member has an objection the application will be declined
- The LT and prospective new member can collectively decide on the category
Charity Donations
- All fines paid to Donation Robot will be given to charity once per year
- The Charity of choice will be decided collectively by the group
